SHIPPING INFORMATION
UK
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days, excluding bank holidays and/or national holidays. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to scheduled postage strikes which are out of our control.
We send all items using an insured and trackable service which requires a signature upon delivery. This should normally take up to 4 working days. We charge one standard flat rate charge for postage no matter how many items you order.
All postage costs are calculated automatically on the billing page of the shopping cart once delivery destination is confirmed.
UK destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
In the event of Missing parcels we aim to replace items, stock permitting. If stock is unavailable we will issue a refund. Items will only be replaced/refunded under the following terms:
Once Royal Mail have been notified of a missing parcel we send proof of postage and tracking information to them. They will then process this information which can take up to 14 days. At this time they will send you a letter which will require your signature to confirm that you have not received the parcel. This form must be completed and returned within 5 days to Royal Mail. Only once this is complete we will replace/refund for missing parcels. If you do not complete and return the form within the designated Royal Mail timescale replacements/refunds will be refused.
INTERNATIONAL
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days, excluding UK bank holidays and/or national holidays such as Christmas/New Years. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to scheduled postage strikes in the UK which are out of our control.
We send all items using an insured and tracklabe service such as Royal Mail Airsure which requires a signature upon delivery. Normal international shipping times can take up to 8 working days and shipping costs vary depending on shipping destination.
International shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page of the shopping cart once delivery destination is confirmed from the drop down menu.
Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
International destinations include Europe, World Zone 1 - USA and Canada, and World Zone 2 - Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
