RETURNS POLICY

Return or Exchange an item

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return or exchange an item(s) purchased from this website please read the following:

Please return the item(s) in its original condition, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please complete the enclosed Returns Form included in your parcel.

Upon receipt of your returned item we will issue a refund or organise your exchange. Postage costs are non-refundable. You will be required to pay postage costs on any exchange item and we will contact you prior to the despatch of your replacement item to let you know the cost.

We aim to process returns within 3-5 working days of receipt. When your return has been processed we will notify you by email.

Items that are returned to us after the 10 days or fall outside of the returns policy will not be refunded. Sale items are also non-refundable. Items marked with a * are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons e.g. earringsb.

Items which appear to have been worn/used and/or damaged through mishandling and are not fit for resale are not eligible for refund or exchange, this is without exception.

Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend that items be returned using an insured and trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Ever After cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE ARE A COUTURE BOUTIQUE WITH A STRICT QUALITY CONTROL POLICY. EVERY ITEM IS HAND PICKED AND CHECKED BEFORE DESPATCH. WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN OBVIOUSLY USED/WORN AND/OR DAMAGED. ABUSE OF OUR RETURNS POLICY WILL PREVENT YOU FROM SHOPPING WITH US IN THE FUTURE.

 

Faulty Items

We operate a strict quality control procedure and take great care to hand pick and check every item before despatch but on occasion mistakes can happen. If the item you receive is faulty or the incorrect item please immediately email mail@everafter.me.uk with your contact details and order number with a brief description of the problem and we will contact you with details of how to proceed. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit this is the responsibility of the courier company.

 

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This excludes items clearly highlighted with a * next to the product name, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All order cancellations must be sent in writing to the postal address shown below within 7 days, quoting your name, address and order number.

We will contact you in writing with a cancellation authorisation number at which time the item must be immediately returned to us by Special Delivery to the postal address below. Items must be in their original packaging and in original condition i.e. fit for resale. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us therefore we recommend a special delivery service which is insured and trackable. You are also responisble for return shipping costs.
